Egg: 2
Pepper: To taste
Salt: To taste
Instructions:
1. Heat up a nonstick skillet in medium heat. Apply butter and let it slowly met. Crack the Egg into the skillet. (Make sure the Egg yolk is not broken and the shell is completely removed.)
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the topside of the the Egg.
3. When the edges become brown and crisp, transfer the Half Boil Egg Omelette to a bowl or plate slowly.
