Ingredients:
Apple: 2
Orange: 2

Instructions:
1. Cut Apple into small pieces and add it to a bowl. Peel off and cut Orange wedges and add it on the top of Apple. Slice strawberry into equal pieces and add it to the bowl.

2. Mix it well. Slice Banana's after peeling off the skin and add it to the bowl. Add 2 tbsp of Honey and refrigerate it for ten minutes.

3. Serve it in a bowl. Decorate as you wish ♥

#1: Add any fruits as per you wish. It just tastes better.
#2: It is good for children and for people who wants to lose weight.

Green Peas Masala - How-to?

Ingredients:
Green Peas: 1/2 Cup
Oil: 3 tbsp
Mustard Seeds: 1/4 tbsp
Cumin Seeds: 1/4 tbsp
Green Chillies: 2
Onion: 1 (Big Size)
Tomato: 2 (Medium Size)
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1/2 tbsp
Salt: To taste
Turmeric Powder: 1 Pinch
Jeera Powder: 1/4 tbsp
Dhania Powder: 1/2 tbsp
Chili Powder : To Adjust
Garam Masala Powder: 1/4 tbsp



Instructions:
1. Heat the pan first then add oil. Allow it to boil and add mustard seeds. As soon as it sputters add cumin seeds and green chillies and stir for a minute.

2. Add onions and fry the onions until translucent. Add Ginger Garlic paste and stir it until the raw smell goes off.

3. Add Tomatoes, Salt and Turmeric Powder. Cook it until it turns mushy. Add Red Chilli Powder, Dhania Powder and Jeera Powder (for digestion)

4. Mix it until it combines properly. Add Green Peas and stir it for a minute. Add two cups of water and cook it until Oil comes up.

5. Add Garam Masala Powder just before you switch off the stove. Stir it well. It gives out a special aroma to the dish. Hope you could smell it now ♥ Garnish it with Coriander leaves :)

1. Heat up a nonstick skillet in medium heat. Apply butter and let it slowly met. Crack the Egg into the skillet. (Make sure the Egg yolk is not broken and the shell is completely removed.)

Ingredients:
Ginger: 1
Garlic: 4 Cloves

Instructions:
1. Peel off skin of Ginger and Garlic skin and add it to a blender. (Peeling off Garlic skin is a headache. To do it easily follow the tips shared in our video).

2. Blend it slowly until the paste becomes smooth. Add oil if you want to preserve the paste for more than a month.
3. Transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the fridge.

Ingredients:
Ragi Flour: 1/2 Cup
Rice: 1 Cup
Water: 5 Cups
Salt: to taste

Instructions:
1. Soak the rice in a cup of water for twenty minutes. Take a cooking pan. Add 5 cups of water and boil it.

2. Add soaked rice to it. Cook briefly.

3. Add salt and stir it well. Add Ragi Flour on the top of it as shown in the video. Allow it to cook for two to three minutes.

4. Use Wooden "Mathu" to mix it well.

5. Take two spatula full of Ragi Kali into a Chatti or any round bowl. Rotate it clockwise first and then anti-clockwise to make it a perfect round shaped ball.

Serve it hot with a curry of your choice. (It goes well with karuvadu kulambu or with any non-veg curry.)

#Tips:
#1: I love the taste of Ragi and so I used 3/4 cups of Ragi. This gives us more color.
#2: In case if you need water at the time of mixing, use boiled water.
#3: Use water to clean the bowl while making Ragi Kali Ball.
#4: This is a very good dish for diabetics patient. It helps to control the sugar level.

Note: This was taught by my mother. Please have a look at the pictures clicked by my brother and she used broken rice, Chatti and homemade ragi flour.

#DoYouKnow: Ragi Mudde also Ragi Sangati or Ragi Kali is a meal in Karnataka, Rayalaseema and Tamil Nadu in India. It is a very healthy dish. However nowadays people prefer rice over Ragi Kali. Chapathi - Roti - Indian Flatbread - How-to?

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour: 2 1/2 cups
Salt: to taste
Sugar1/4 tbsp

Instructions:
1. Take a wide bowl. Add 2 cups of wheat flour, 1/4 tbsp of sugar and salt to taste. Add 1 cup of water and stir until it is fully combined. Once the dough is ready, leave it untouched for 30 minutes.

2. Divide the dough into small balls. Take one dough at a time. Press the dough with fingers first and sprinkle flour on it.

3. Roll the dough with a rolling pin until it becomes thin and flat. In case if the dough sticks to the rolling pin, sprinkle a little amount of flour on it. Heat the pan well. Cook the chapathi on both sides until it blisters on its surface.

4. Leave until it becomes fluffy (as in video). Remove the chapathi and place it in a foil covered bowl.

#Tips:
#1: Adding sugar keeps the dough soft and helps to combine it well.
#2: Leaving the dough untouched for 30 minutes makes the chapathi soft and easy to tear while eating.

It is a common staple of cuisine in South Asia as well as amongst South Asian expatriates throughout the world. and this goes well with all types of Indian gravies. Ingredients:
Milk: 2 cups
Strawberry: 7 - 8
Sugar cubes: 8 - 10

Instructions:
1. Boil the milk in a vessel and allow it to cool. Slice the strawberry into medium pieces and keep it aside.
2. Transfer the milk into a blender jar, add sugar cubes and strawberry to it.
3. Blend the mixture well until it becomes smooth and thick.
5. Transfer it to a glass, decorate it with strawberry and serve it chilled.


#Tips: You can also add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to milkshake or add whipped cream on top of milkshake to make it divine.

Strawberry Milkshake is a great drink on a hot day. This drink is suited for all ages as the color attracts the kids and the taste make adults go mad with strawberry and for romantics like us, it lifts the mood. Cheese onion strawberry frittata - How-to?

Ingredients:
Egg: 6
Salt: 3 pinch
Butter: 2 tbsp
Strawberry: 2 - 3
Tomato: 3 slices
Onion: 8 - 9 rings
Cheese: 2 sheets

Instructions:
1. Take 6 eggs and crack the eggs into a bowl. Add 3 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of Turmeric powder to it.
2. Beat the egg until they turn pale yellow color generating bubbles. Keep it aside. Slice a tomato into three or four pieces and cut one onion into two or three pieces (8 - 9 rings), preferably rings of smaller size. Cut strawberry into small slices and cut green chillies into small pieces after removing the seeds.
3. Heat up the pan first in low flame and then spread 2 tbsp of butter over it. Pour in the beaten egg into a round shape and cook it briefly. Make sure the top is still juicy and the bottom is yellow in color.
5. Transfer it to a plate. Then place the cheese (sliced) on the edges of the omelette and the other in the center. Place the onion rings and tomatoes alternatively. Add green chillies here and there and decorate it with strawberry. Finally, spray tomato ketchup and mayonnaise to make it colorful. Pre-heat oven at 200 for three minutes, then place the plate inside the oven for six to eight minutes.

6. Remove the plate carefully from oven and serve it hot.
